Service Description
Barre is a popular workout technique inspired by elements of Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates. This unique combination of movements is low impact on the joints but high intensity. It really gets the muscles burning, your heart pumping and makes you sweat! Utilising a ballet barre and small equipment to increase strength, agility and flexibility without needing any prior ballet experience. Duration; 45mins or 30min express. Cost $20, session passes also available & included with the Unlimited Monthly Membership.

Cancellation Policy
Our classes are in high demand so please ensure you cancel your place in a class if you can not attend at your earliest convenience. At least 12 hours notice is required before the class commencement time so that someone else can enjoy the free spot and you can avoid a fee. Our Fee for a no show is $20 when the class is fully booked.
