Service Description
WEDNESDAY 5.30 p.m. Ease into this session with an emphasis on different breath practices to help support your nervous system. Move through and learn more about general restorative yoga forms and how utilising various props can build your comfort and awareness. Elements of flexibility, strength and creating space for your body to restore will be present. If that isn't enough restoration for you, each session will gently guide you through a yoga nidra (body scan) or mindfulness practice to wrap up each class. This class is open to all experience levels. THURSDAY 6.30 am Each session will focus on a more complex yoga form and over the course of 4 consecutive weeks will break down various components that will help build more stability and open-ness to help support the peak pose. Expect some basic breath practices to introduce you to the session, lots of sun salutation practice to warm you up and then some targeted teaching of different elements of our peak pose. Each class will have a component of savasana (yogic rest) to help integrate your practice. This class is open for intermediate to advanced (but is available to anyone wishing to build a stronger practice).

Cancellation Policy
Our classes are in high demand so please ensure you cancel your place in a class if you can not attend at your earliest convenience. At least 12 hours notice is required before the class commencement time so that someone else can enjoy the free spot and you can avoid a fee. Our Fee for a no show is $20 when the class is fully booked.
